Music Ministry

Music Ministry

Praise the Lord.

Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of his faithful people. Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the people of Zion be glad in their King. Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp.

(Psalm 149:1-3)

Music has a special place in our parish life. Every Sunday we sing traditional and contemporary hymns and responsorial Psalms. Often we are also blessed with performances by our Children's Music Ministry, vocalists and other musicians. There are many ways to participate musically at All Saints!

St. Cecilia Choir

The St. Cecilia Choir has a long history of enhancing Sunday Masses and special church services in our Cathedral Parish. At present, the St. Cecilia Choir sings to the praise and glory of God at Sunday Mass, on Holy Days and Feast Days of our National Catholic Church, as well as for special parish or Diocesan functions.

Children's Music Ministry

Under the leadership of Mr. Dean and Mr. Glen, our young musicians are developing their musical knowledge and performance skills. The children perform at Holy Mass, our Summerfest and community events.

Cantors

Our contemporary worship includes the singing by Cantors of the Responsorial Psalm and Alleluia or Gospel Acclamation verse.

United Choirs Activities and Scholarships

The musicians of All Saints have a long tradition of participating in events sponsored by the National and Western Diocese United Choirs of the Polish National Catholic Church.

The Music Scholarship Program of the National United Choirs has awarded over 1,000 music students a total exceeding $300,000 in scholarships since its inception in 1964.
